Do you consider Brewer's Yeast a healthy food source for vitamins and minerals?
Would it be beneficial, chemically speaking, to add a heaping tablespoon of Brewer's Yeast to a fruit smoothie along with a heaping T. of lecithin and about 1/2 cup or more of kefir?
I usually add a few ice cubes along with the fruit (banana, nectarine, peach, kiwi, pear, or apple - 2 or 3 of these) and enough good water to make it the right consistantcy. And a dash of stevia.
I don't like to give my body too much to deal with at one time. Is this too much? And do these work together or are they better separate?
