Lecithin granules will help build up the myelin. Recommended dose is 1 tablespoon 3 times daily with meals.
Juniper berry helps to strengthen the nerves. Because juniper berry is great at lowering blood sugar as well it is a good idea to take it with a little food in your stomach. Recommended dose is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon 3 times daily with some food.
Silica is also great for the nerves. Adding to your water and drinking it throughout the day works best.
And electrical stimulation helps. You can use something like a Rife unit, or like I did when I cut the tip of my thumb off I used high voltage through a gas tube. I still occasionally use a 15,000 volt transformer hooked up to a argon tube to run the voltage through the body.
I've been doing lecithin and it's helping.
I've been doing biofeedback for about a year - is this what you mean?
No, I am referring to radiofrequency therapy or electrical nerve stimulation. The nerves will grow a bypass to allow the electrical currents to get past the blockage (damaged area).
I'll order some juniper berry... I asked hubby to order DE but it hasn't come.
Do you think the damage is permanent?
In most cases no.
B12 is excellent since it also helps with myelin regeneration. I did not bring it up since they said they were already taking it.
TENS units will also work since it also sends electrical energy along the nerves, which stimulates their growth.
