I have been sick with parasites
for about 3 years and cleansing continuously for two. When I look back at my life I see really obvious periods when I was dealing with parasites
without realizing it. I think that for some reason my body was able to keep them down and deal with them naturally. I got to a stressful point in my life where I wasn't eating well and was suddenly unable to fend them off without taking a more direct action against them. In order to survive in the host they usually have to live as quietly as possible. I think a lot of people have parasites
living in them but rarely are the symptoms strong enough to convince them to cleanse. I don't know why some of us get really sick while others don't but it's possible that your body was able to deal with the parasites before. Has something in your life changed that has made your body unable to deal with them? It's possible that something has changed and the parasites are taking advantage.
I cleanse once a month for about ten days to two weeks. Then every few months I do a really heavy cleanse that ends up eliminating the big worms. If I don't do the maintenance cleanse every month I end up relapsing with my symptoms. You might find that waiting 90 days is allowing the parasites to breed and grow too easily. Make their lives difficult by changing your diet and hitting them with a variety of herbs and foods that make them uncomfortable.
