At the age of 18, I became seriously ill with e-coli poisionning from bad hamburger. I almost died. After suffering with severe abdominal pains, severe severe vomiting and diarhea for aprox 20 hours, I then passed blood... not stool... blood.

I said, ''mom, dad, this isn't a flu... bring me to emergency or else I will drive myself right now!''

They rushed me there right away. Next thing I know, I had two IV's in me pumping on high, Doctors surrounding me! They rushed me in for an emergency colonoscopy without sedatives (ouch) because I had lost too much blood and they feared the sedative would drop my blood pressure too much - it was already low. I was in intensive care and nobody could come in without washing their hands first and wearing a hospital gown and slippers.

They sent me home 2 weeks later... I still hadn't had a meal, my complexion was terrible, I had severe stomach pains, nausea, back pains, etc... These symptoms persisted and became much much worse through the following years... I became yellow. I developed gallstones. I couldn't eat anymore. My bowel stopped functionning. My mild Psoriasis problem turned into a huge problem... my scalp was bleeding. The list goes on.

I will be 24 on Monday. I married last September. Since the e-coli, I've seen a Homeopath, Naturopath, Allergist, Accupuncturist, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Energy Workers, Colon Therapists, etc...

Tip: Take charge of your life. Nobody else will do it for you. Had I depended on someone other than myself to save my life... I'd be dead.

I still deal with re-occuring gall stones but I simply do the Epsom Salt flush and they come out and I feel better again. I eat better than I ever would have eaten in my life!
And best of all, I've done so much research that I help and guide friends, co-workers, family, friends... even strangers in the supermarket who look at my cart and say wow you eat so well, I wish I knew what to eat, everything makes me sick!
