I even captured some photos of the larger stones. I have passed plenty so far - I think a couple hundred. The last batch were mostly tiny, bright green and all floated. But the first couple batches were all sinkers. I am very glad I used a colandar, even so in the last batch as many passed through it as were caught. If you want, you can see the photos so far...
I am so pleased and happy with this. I did pass a larger green covered dark centered stone and several even alrger spongey ochre colored stones. All were very soft, of I would have lifted them out of the coladar.
I have felt no pain at all, no discomfort aside from a little pressure at the base of my neck when I needed to pass the Epsom Salts .

This is a reply to # 155,475Is all that slimy yellow stuff liver flukes? I see the green stuff as stones... I've seen other ppl post pics of the yellow bits claiming it's flukes. This is a reply to # 155,489Well, I don't know about the little stuff, or the stuff in other people's pics, but I know alot of the stuff in my pics are apple bits. I ate mostly them for four days and I passed skins and seeds, too.
I will be doing a parasite cleansing, anyway, so I am not tooc concerned. Next Liver Flush I will make sure to not eat for a day or so before and clean the colon... so perhaps that will clairfy it a bit more.

This is a reply to # 155,503If you followed the protocol of the flush, then by the time the stones start passing the next day, all food has been flushed out of your system. Especially by your noon pic/flush. Which is why the water is mainly clear except for the stones.... or is it just my flushes? I do have a fast trac. ...I'm sorry, but I do think the yellow stuff is flukes. When I was eating a ton of garlic I started passing the same looking things. Good thing you're doing the parasite cleanse. Go get 'em! :)

I just read your journal. Thanks for posting, it was very interesting to read.
I noticed that you took two doses of the OO/GF mixture, the regular one and then an additional one the next morning. I have been thinking that a second dose on the second day might be beneficial and I just wanted to get your thoughts on this. I know this is your first flush, so you don't really have anything else to compare it to however.
The reason that I have been considering adding a second dose of OO (Olive-Oil) is because of an experience I had with my last liver flush. I followed the normal procedure and got some stones. But then on the second day for dinner, I had a big salad with tons of olive oil dressing. I got really nauseated after that and felt a huge release in the liver/gallbladder area. I passed many more stones after that and felt significantly better. That led me to believe that I might benefit from adding a second dose on the second day.
What prompted you to take two doses? Is there a Liver Flush protocol out there that recommends two doses of OO/GF? I am only familiar with the standard flushes (Dr.Clark and Andreas) which recommend only one dose.

This is a reply to # 155,490I completed my 3rd Liver Flush last weekend and I, too, used the oo/gf again in the AM. I did not have a lot of success with my first two flushes, but I did well with the third one. For what it is worth, I believe the AM dose was part of the success. I flushed about half of my stones later on the second day and I feel that was because of the AM oo/gf.

This is a reply to # 155,506From this site somewhere, there's a quote about an update to Clark's book. It tells about an option for the standard flush where the very last Epsom Salt dose is replaced with another dose of oil/grapefruit juice. All the timing is otherwise the same.

For some reason, I was unable to log on your M/C tongue pics!! But your Liver Flush pics were interesting to say the least!
You have done a great job with writing down your daily feelings and you will help so many people.
I especially liked reading Peter Glickman's website. I have marked it in my favorites to be able to go back again and again. I really like this guy.
I am beginning my upteenth Liver Flush in five minutes. I, too, will take the extra olive oil in the morning as Dr. Clark suggests now.

Umpteenth flush?? I like how you count. I have a feeling I may get to that many flushes myself one day. My family has a history of liver and gall bladder problems. I am the first to take this route and I am filled with hope as a result of my results.
I found the journal and photos helped me stay focused.
I am going to do 7-10 days of P&B shakes and then take a break from cleansing... until it is time to prepare for the next liver flush.
I still feel so fantastic!! This is amazing. I will do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning.
