I'm starting a raw diet of mainly fruits and a few veggies.
OK, NOT PERFECT, BUT PREETY GOOD!!!
I have a few questions to those who are also doing this lifestyle( rawdad! ) :)
I'm afraid I'm not eating enough food.
AFRAID OF WHAT?
How much do you eat on a daily basis?
MAKES ZERO DIFFERANCE, MEDICAL KNOWS 12 OUNCES DAILY IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR AN ACTIVE MAN.
I know the answer may be eat until I'm full, but I still feel like I'm losing some weight that I really can't afford to lose.
SO YOUR UNDERWEIGHT??? SUCH AS HOW TALL, HOW OLD, HOW MUCH#
I like to consume fats, like olive oil and sometimes coconut oil.
THEN YOU SHOULD BE FAT.......
When are the best times to take these?
BEDTIME IF YOUR LOOKING TO CLEANSE THE LIVER.
I know MH suggests at bedtime, which I do, but during the rest of the day?
WHY DON'T YOU TELL US, SINCE YOU CONSUME ALLOT....WHAT ANSWERS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR???
I'm also a little confused about correct food combinations.
SHOULD BE, NO FOODS COMBINE WELL ENOUGH....ONLY BETTER THAN SOME. MONO DIET IS SUPREME.
I have read from multiple sources to NOT combine fruit with anything else, yet other sources say if its all raw, its fine.
MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENTS, STOP RELYING ON OTHERS THAT YOU THEN DON'T BELIEVE ANYWAY.....YOUR SPINNING YOUR WHEELS WITH THIS POST.
Like a few oranges then a half hour later some green veggies, yet others would say no other food 2-3 hours before or after fruit.
FRUIT FIRST AND IF YOU EAT THE FRUIT, THEN WAIT, IF YOU JUICE AND THE STOMACH WAS EMPTY, THEN THE JUICE WILL BE OUT IN A FEW MINUTES.
I'm still doing a lot of research and if anyone has any favorite books or websites, I'd love to know.
IF YOU CAN'T TRUST BOOK I, THEN YOUR PRETTY MUCH AT THE WRONG FORUM.
