Actually I feel great when I do the liver flush, it cleans out all the toxins quickly and my body has more energy. I had GERD, major heartburn, and environmental allergies. I have been in and out of emergency center for 3 years and am only 25, I felt I was to young to have GERD so I started to do Inernet searches. I came across CANDIDA spit test first and tried it, of course I did have it. Then I found that it created adrenal fatigue and food/environmental allergies. I also had my gallbladder out 1 1/2 years ago so after reading Adreas Moritz book on the liver I decided to give it a try. Sure enough the liver book covers all my symptoms. I still flush once per month but have came to a alsmost emptying of the liver. I still have adrenal/hormonal issues but am on a program for recovery that includes isocort, nystatin and progesterone/DHEA/pregnenolone and estrogen.

Its quite a journey. P.S. My husband also did the flush but only got out about 30 stones, which also reflects his better health.
