I know what you're going through, believe me. I always feel like someone lightly has their hands on my head and just holding them there. I can't focus etc and worse off I can't get past myself. Because of the fog I can't read, focus, look into help.
For myself personally, here is what I have been looking into; oxygen. I feel somehow if I can get oxygen up there it will help.
I tried exersising etc. But, I again have to fight against that. And I was on meds to many side effects. I also have tried some brain pills and some like L-tyrosone seemed to make me edgy, even angry.
So, long story short: I myself am looking into oxygen. I am looking into DMSO and food grade hydrogyen peroxide. Still haven't desided which why to go.
At this moment this is what I am doing and it seemes to be helping.
1. I wash the bottoms of my feet with reverse osmosis water (like from culagan) and a clean wash cloth (I wouldn't use one had fabric softener on it).
2. I rub with the damp cloth a little baking soda on the bottom of my feet to clean any dirt etc. I leave a little on there. (i have read baking soda also helps transport oxygen, plus it is a natural cleaner, and we eat it!).
3. I use this one product called 'natural calm plus calcium' I again with a damp cloth sprinkle a little on it, then, rub it on my feet. (leaving a little powdery trace behind).
4. I take a Q-tip and dip it in (what I have right now is DMSO gel with aloe vera, 70% DMSO 30% aloe vera) and I rub the Q-tip over the area I cleaned and aplied the two powders. gently and not a lot (like just enough gel to barely be on one side of the Q-tip, I use same one for both feet.).
%. I then put on a clean pair of socks. So far I do this at bed time (keeping socks on all night, also you won't pick up anything else to carry through your bloodstream). And I am doing this when I come home from work.
So far okay. better than I was. Still looking into it all.
For yourself or anyone else, of course research anything I mentioned and it is up to you alone to try. I can't say for sure it will help. I can only say for myself it is helping.
I need to look into why I'm not getting oxygen etc as well.
But, I know people knock Kevin Trudeau
, but Through his books I found out about DMSO and I have been researching it and playing around a bit.
So they can say what they like. I'm taking my own health into my own hands.
Also, off subject: mouth ulcers. I'm a type O try to follow 'eat right for your type'.
He mentions bladderwrack for I think it was stomach ulcers, something to do with bacteria coming up from the stomach I think?
Anyway, I decided if that's the case, I still took the pills, but, I opened one of the capsuls and took a Q-tip touched it to the end of my tounge and dipped it into the powder and then placed it directly to the ulcer and it stug let me tell you but then it stopped hurting. I did it maybe twice a day for 2 days I think and boom it was gone!
