i actually got this idea from the Iodine
project. flechas or someone said that the uptake problem could be fixed either by use of vitamin C or by going to 100mg. i started pushing the 100mg option and people got positive results. the rest is history.
i also did some calculations and determined that 100mg was the daily amount that would keep the bad halogens out in the typical american lifestyle. so now i have no choice but to recommend a blanket 100mg minimum for everyone. yes, in the beginning of supplementation we find that 50mg starts correcting the deficiency and boots out some halogens but its not enough to keep those halogens from re-attaching somewhere. BI(before iodine) we accumulate these toxins a little at a time and they get stored so we dont notice them. let a bunch of them loose all at once and you definitely notice them. its like ants. one is no big deal. being covered with them is.
always a pleasure, dear lady.
