Just one further ? if you do not mind? How often to take the amount you suggested per day and for how long...roughly? Of course I do not want to either over-do it nor under-do it.
Bitters can be taken long term in those small amounts, and are best done with each meal especially if you are over the age of 40 since this is when stomach acid really starts to decline.
Start out slow though since it also effectively cleanses the liver. So it is a good idea to start with once a day or even once every few days and work your way up to with each meal. And drink plenty of water throughout the day when using bitters to help dilute and flush the toxins being released from the liver.
Bitters also help increase bile and enzyme release, lower cholesterol, reduce weight, balance the hormones, treat acne and rosacea, etc.
