Are there any drawbacks to putting the Epsom Salts in gel caps as opposed to dissolving in water?
seems the smart thing to do from everything i've been hearing about how awful they taste.

As I pack the gel caps I realize one downside to doing it this way..
1 Tablespoon = about 10 - 11 size "OO" gel caps. that means for the whole recipe I'd have to take about 45 capsules! wow.
Someone else recommended that maybe I should just dissolve them in grapefruit juice instead.

This is a reply to # 158,506A poster suggested putting vitamin C (powdered) in with the Epsom Salts . I tried it the other week and it tasted better, but still had the unshakable bitterness of Epsom Salts - & also the sourness of the vit C (which did mask the taste a bit).
It still amazes me that something that doesnt smell that bad can taste so bloody awful!!!

yes, i've heard that vitamin C powder isn't that great to drink either.

This is a reply to # 158,506The grapefruit/ES mixture doesn't taste that good either ;/. I tried it with my last two flushes and I just couldn't take the mixture on my second flush. I had to make a new one with some apple juice. The apple juice seemed to mask the ES taste pretty well.

This is a reply to # 158,490Its what I do. Taking a lot of capsules is way better than drinking ES. Way better. My flushes work fine.
