I am 12 weeks post removal and just stared my 3rd cycle since removal i am pleased that this cycle looks more like a menstrual cycle consistency and color etc. I got a bit discouraged because about 2 days ago i began to feel more dizzy and foggy headed and the pain and acheds in my shoulders hands and feet began to worsen. I was happy to see mty cycle start, providing me with a reason for the suddenly more intense problem. overall, prior to the last three days things have been drastically improving for me. i have no doubt that mirena is the culprit.
