Hello all -
I just completed my 12th
Liver-Flush over the weekend. As usual I did the Clark aternative method.
Flushes 1-10 were done at an average of every 10 days. Flushes 10, 11 & 12 have been 3 weeks apart.
I got tons of stones, mostly tiny ones and green, though many were tan too, but significantly smaller than the whoppers I've had in the past few flushes (had a 2" x 1.5" one on flush 10, new year's day). I had more chaffe than ever, and on Sunday morning (I did the flush Friday night) I yeilded 4 HUGE 2-4" clumps of granular chaffe that stuck together and floated...I hygienically sifted through it and found some large stones in the mess, but it was 100% chaffe and stones.
They say that the liver is the most emotional organ - They're right! I tend to get emotional and sad - in a funk so to speak- whenever I flush now. A lot of emotions come out when I flush.
However, this is a period of changing in my life right now too, so my emotional distress level is high.
My unending yeast infections and candida problem has been obsolete now for 60 days. I forgot what it was like to have normal discharge and my sex drive has returned thankfully. On Feb 1 I just got up and started exercising again. Don't know why or how, I just got up and it happened, and I still get up and do low-impact aerobics every morning. I used to dread the morning workout, but now I just get up and do it.
I am female, 26, 5'2" 150
lbs. I feel like my body is just telling me what to do. It told me when to stop flushing every weekend and start on maintenance flushing. It told me when it was ready to exercise again.
I just bought a wheat grass juicer and 25lbs of seeds. My b/f and I are really going to try and clean up this candida mess....he just had a doctor (yes really, an MD) tell him he has major candida problems and needs
Liver Flushes - after me telling him for months that they would help - !!!! but he wasn't ready to give up the beer and the unhealthy habits yet...he now says he is ready and got himself started on ACV and vitamins and herbs, and we are going to
Liver Flush together.
good luck to all of you who are healing your bodies...keep going! Persistence and hard work always pays off!
Luv,
Christi
