"Results reveal strain GG is attached in vivo to colonic mucosae and the attachment remains a week after the discontinuation of the GG regimen"
The key here is "remains a week after the discontinuation"... there is no study that supports "permanent" colonization. (1)Probably after one month or so all the probiotics you take will be out of your body.
(1) Also a key word m8:) Facts remain, we don't know for sure if they are able to colonize or not.
But I agree prebiotics should be just as inmportant as probiotics.
-knowledge is power-
"Now, if you go to curezone candida forum, you are going to see the CDSA results from Kakiebaby. No lactos and bifidos growth.. You see the problem here. She took antibiotics for long time and have been taking tons of probiotics and the results are the same".
Yes, but I have also read other stories(succes stories) that for me supports the fact that they do colonize, as you said, if they wouldn't , they would not be cured. And in my oponion thinking they don't will just stand in your way of recovery. Positive thinking is more powerful than we may think and has a huge influence on the immunesystem - which of course is vital for systematic candida.
