Thanks for those suggestions, I'm going to give them a try. Ive also heard garlic, almonds and turmeric can lower BP, but I never heard of hawthorn berries. I will check my health food store for those.

Dave cured himself of diabetes in 4 days and also cured colon cancer and kidney disease by using Dr Gabriel Cousens program at the Tree of Life center by going on a 100% raw food whole food, vegan diet. He did phase one of Dr Gabriel Cousens diet in the book rainbow green live food cuisine.

I believe Dr Cousens also used proteolytic enzymes..see pages 143 to 145 in his book there is a cure for diabetes excellent book. available at libraries and amazon.

Definitely see Dr Cousens documentary simply raw reversing diabetes in 30 days on diabetics reversing their diabetes with a raw food diet. Garlic and Celery are great for diabetes BTW. Schulze in his incurables save your life manuals talks about a lady who would do none of his program except eat garlic..he told her she needed a lot and she ate an entire bulb a day and reversed her diabetes. according to Dick Quinn (book left for dead) who cured himself of coronary heart disease when he refused a second quadruple bypass, and who highly recommends hawthorne for the heart as does Richard Schulze said that the combination of cayeene (the hotter the better preferred in tea or tincture form i at all possible though he used capsules) and raw garlic can reverse plague on the arteries and veins. One uses organic ginger tincture for the capillaries. Once the plague dissolves, the vessels will widen to their normal size and like a garden hose the wider the hose the less the pressure so cayenne, ginger and raw garlic can lower one;s blood pressure.

I notice when I eat meat or cheese my blood Sugar soars to 325-375. When we eat animal products it leads to diabetes the fat clogs up not only our arteries but all our cells and when insulin which is needed to make energy comes to the cell wall knocking to get it, it can;t as the cell is all clogged with fats which also make the doorknob like slippery and this the insulin cannot get into the cells to make energy and it builds up in the blood. When the pancreas senses this, it panics and pumps out more insulin twice as much than 4 times than 8 etc up to 40 times too much and eventually the pancreas just wears out and goes back to producing normal insulin levels..at this point one then must go on insulin.

Dr malkus of the hacres.com site said at a lecture I attended that if one eats a burger, fries and a milkshake and then put the blood in a test tube..an hour later a layer of fat rises to the top of the test tube so this is hurting you blood vessels, leading to and exacerbating diabetes and make even be affecting your kidneys. I would consider becoming a vegan if you are not already. There are tasty substitutes for almost any favorite food you like. I became a vegan 10 months ago to reverse my diabetes..I had one reading over 600 and many in the 300-600 range and just got results of my latest a1c and it was normal. (and I mess up some) I even though I love to eat did not find it nearly as hard as I thought. I do think going raw is way harder but I am trying to average at least 50%..

Dr Christopher who had high blood pressure (he taught Dr Schulze and originated the incurables program and is called the father of modern medicine highly recommends cayenne.

He also talks about the link between cholesterol and high blood pressure and says one needs to go on a mucusless diet.

He and his followers achieved perfect health on his diet which is primarily above the ground veggies and fruits and maybe raw nuts. Things like their hair going form gray to black, more pep than when they were 5, complete change in disposition to the point everyone was saying you are so different so happy and cam etc,

It is vegan essentially although he did allow very small amounts of free range chicken or clean fish on his although that is not especially recommended unless you feel you must.

I would also add a lot of juices made in a juicer (drink within 15 minutes or the enzymes dissipate and do not refrigerate..if you must use a glass jar and fill to the very top and put a lid on it. Also chew the juice take no pulp or food with it for 20-25 minutes and it will assimilate rapidly but if one uses the pulp or food with it it will take hours to digest and instead of going to healing and repair much of the vital elements will go towards digestion. You can use the pulp but do so separately.

Also take in a lot of green smoothies minimum one quart a day for miracle healings. Even people making no life style changes in a study Victoria Boutenko did had positive effects when they added one quart of green smoothies to teach day.


You add fruit and a type of greens and water in a blender (you can also make green juices) and add water.

It is imperative that you vary the greens nearly every day or two. some greens are kale, turnip greens,collard greens, beet, carrot and radish tops. parsley, spinach, romaine, celery, bok choy, broccoli, Asian greens (several types) and wild greens like dandelion tops, violet leaves, plaintain, lamb's quarter, burdock, cleavers etc.

I think all the stuff you are using is great. It's stuff going "IN". What my problem with diabetes 2 was, was a backed up liver and stones and pancreatic flukes in my pancreas. I had to get the mind set of taking stuff "OUT" that was causing the disease. From Hulda Clark s discoveries that all diseases are caused by chemical poisons and parasites. So cleaning out the colon as well as the liver was instrumental in allowing the body to heal because of getting rid of toxins that are the cause of disease. Drugs do nothing but make the liver and body more toxic. Tehy distroy the digestive system. They'll get you in the end.
Since you are on medication, doing any cleaning out protocols would necessitate you weaning yourself off your medications for blood pressure or diabetes. I have weaned myself off insulin as it takes a while to heal and regenerate the pancreas. Tissue specific herbs do that. Same, same with the blood pressure medicine. All that you mention sounds very good, but I would clean out and wean myself off medications before I added any natural things that interfered with the chemical drugs.

Distilled water will clean out arteries over time.

The heart of the matter for me was cleaning out my body of disease causing chemical poisons and parsites and allowing the nutrients to get to the cells as well as allowing the cells to eliminate the disease causing toxins. When that happens, the cells can regenerate. Our health is obtained and retained on a cellular level.

EDIT: BTW, a backed up liver will cause kidney problems and eventually kidney failure. It's realted to liver circulation. All the other diabetic symptoms are related to circulation and chemical poisoning and backed up liver that has stones, parasites and debris in it that's been collected over a lifetime. I found my answers in cleaning it all out. I don't have diabetes anymore.
