i have no idea what Lugols 3% is.

my 18yo daughter is pregnant with my first grandchild(a boy) and she was taking 3-4 drops of SSKI 2% a day during the first half of the pregnancy. she has now dropped back to one drop per day but eating good and drinking distilled water, so her need for more is not great. its just a precaution.
