SSKI is "saturated solution of potassium iodide." It has no iodiNe. Lugol's formulas contain distilled water, potassium iodiDe, and iodiNe. So, no, your 3% Lugol's (which in the picture said 2.2% Lugol's), is not the same as Trapper's SSKI 2%.
I could not decipher from the Alpha Omega Labs' description how much combined iodine is in each drop. On the one hand they cited a metric drop = 1.45 mg, then later said the drops coming from their bottles delivered approximately 10% more than that. Maybe the bottle label is clearer. Regardless, 1 drop per day should be safe for the fetus.
