Two things I would add: One is that cilantro, chlorella and parsley are good natural heavy metal removers. Secondly, while I wholeheartedly agree with you on iodine for fluoride removal (and many other benefits), there are other things which help remove fluoride - such as boron, cleanses, natural Vitamin C, tamarind, apple pectin and possibly zeolite minerals, turmeric, melatonin and cayenne pepper.
Good stuff, but I would disagree with using MMS for increased oxygen. MMS oxidizes, not oxygenates, and oxidative stress is not good for immune function.
Deep breathing is a good way to increase oxygen and so is physical activity. Many like food grade H2O2, but I personally prefer a product called OxyGen when it comes to using supplements for increased oxygen. It comes in both liquid and capsule form. In capsule form, each capsule contains oxygen and the equivalent of 12 drops of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide derived from a combination of magnesium peroxide and pure anaerocidal oxygen.
