alright so I figure my main issue is mercury toxicity, along with other metals (lead and alu) but i dont think i have much of these compared to mercury...

I get from reading around that best way to chelate mercury is doing the DMSA every 3 or 4 hours... at around 12.5mg doses... (i will dowse for the dose once i have the dmsa on hand)

how do you guys do it? you buy the 100mg capsules and split it in 8? i dont get this part... most places sell it by 100caps.

cheapest DMSA i found was on eBay but its 100mg caps... actually i could go through this trouble i guess i was just wondering if you guys had a better way...

also, (and importantly) if i want to focus on mercury, is going with DMSA and then DMSA + ALA the good (fastest) way or would doing only ALA at higher dosages be more efficient?
