The broth is rather tasty actually with the Sea Salt
, and especially if you cook your veggies in it like brussel sprouts or broccoli.. I have it on the side with poached or scrambled eggs in the morning. You can also use the broth to reheat your brown rice in, to add extra flavor. (it does help me to feel less deprived) I read someone say not to nuke it, but reheat it in a pot. When I make mine I pour it into ice cube trays then into a ziploc bag, so I have it handy for whenever.

I never noticed it affecting the fog, since there are so many things I eat or take sometimes its hard to tell.
