Tigermoon
This has been coming on gradually. At first I thought I was coughing up rubbish from my throat or lungs. I have worked out that during the night its my mouth. My mouth seems to produce a thick, sometimes lumpy, yellowish-green (sorry) mucus that collects in my throat and I end up having to cough and spit it out several times during the night.
Sometimes, there's a very thick layer of it clinging to the inside of my mouth that even a toothbrush does not scrape it off. However a rinse with lemonade seems to cut through it.
I admit that I do breathe through my mouth, and always have done after years and years of clogged nasal passages as a child.
Has anyone else had this or any idea what could be the cause or even what it is?
I do not think I have candida, but I do have alot of
food intolerances .
