Will taking daily enzymes inhibit the good bacteria? DH takes a daily maintenance dose of Vitalzym along with the rest of his supplements. He has never had a problem with BM's until a couple of weeks ago. This came on quite suddenly. He has done a couple of Coffee-Enema and plain water enemas to move things along but his regular BM's are now a thing of the past. I am worried and other than give him probiotics don't know what to do.

He uses flax meal in his morning protein drink and eats at least one if not 2 large salads a day. He has a problem with rising blood Sugar so he does limit his carbs. Would a good Colon Cleanse product help? I started him on Super Colon Cleanse and that worked for a few days but then it stopped working. Now nothing but enemas will produce a BM.
