Hello friends,
I have only done 2 flushes but had to share. My body is all messed up from immune system problems, being on antidepressants for 5 years (thanks to curezone I CURED my depression) etc... I am under the care of a natropath to fix me, clean me..etc.
My PMS has been HORRIBLE for the past 6 months. So bad that at work I would shut my door so I wouldn't be given the chance to say something I would regret. I was angry, frustrated, highly emotional...just wasn't normal! Anyway...have done two Liver Flushes (Flush #1- 15 stones and lots of that sand stuff) (Flush #2 - little sand, no stones) but my PMS this month was FABULOUS!!!!!! I was normal again!
Gets me all charged up and excited to do more flushes and get that gunk out of there!!!!!!

This is a reply to # 170,111I was diagnosed with temporary/mild Depression and took Zoloft, then Wellbutrin, and then Effexor for almost 5 years. It took me TWO years to get diagnosed. ARGH. Even though it was called mind, it got worse. I would get into yelling rages (NOT ME!) and if I had a supervisor at the peak of my Depression who was paying attention, I would have been fired because I could NEVER get to work on time (NOT ME!).
I wanted to throw my story out because maybe it will help someone else.
When the Effexor started making me crazy...saw the face of the devil, having horrific nightmares....I knew it was time to try a natural approach. I went to an herb shop in Conroe, TX about an hour away from me called Herbal Connection. My sister recommended it to me and said they can do an analysis on you. I drove over, took the assessment, they plugged it into their computer and it spit out a report that changed my life and how I looked at Depression forever. Carol didn't even know I was there because of depression...she looked at my report and a 'package' of vitamins I was severely low in and asked if I was on antidepressants because they deplete vitamins. I about fell on the floor! Long story short, I was dangerously low in 8 vitamins, my digestive, eliminative, thyroid, adrenals were all under functioning as well. A month into taking supplements to build my body up I felt great and started to wean off of Effexor. If any of you have weaned off Effexor, you know it's worse than anything... my doctor told me I'd be on it for the rest of my life. When I tried to discuss problems I had read about on the internet about Effexor he blew me off and I knew it was time to take my health in my own hands and "fire him." I started to notice I didn't need the herbal antidepressant anymore so I cut back. That was Dec. 05 - May 05. In May I started to see a Naturopathic doctor in Bryan, TX. My gut told me something was still wrong with me, my family and friends thought I was crazy...my first blood test revealed severe candida, heavy metal toxicity, fiberous tumors, liver problems, kidney problems...etc. I have been on Chinese herbs to target each problem... so far I have kicked the candida and my tumors are gone. Liver Flushes (thanks to curezone.com) are currently correcting many other things!
Anyway, there was NO history of depression in my family. Mine came from extreme workplace stress which helped my vitamins go bye-bye.
Don't give up! Keep fighting... Listen to your body! Mine was telling me things for years but I just didn't listen! Curezone and you fabulous people taught me HOW!
I know this is the Liver Flush Forum so if you have any depression questions for me, feel free to post back in the depression alternative therapy forum (I posted this message there too)!!

He gave me something he gives to his cancer patients to shrink tumors that shrunk my fiberous tumors. I also had a tea he created...I pointed out a pretty red herb in all the brown stuff...he said it was from Tibet. He's a 6th generation Chinese herbalist.
The detoxing herbs (there were three, I think) one was barley to clear things out (if you know what I mean... ha ha)
For my hormone imbalance the only think I recognized with some sort of yam.
The herbs (bought at a commercial herb store) I took to get rid of my Depression are much easier...if THIS is what you were looking for I can tell you those. I wrote it all down...just have to find it. Let me know.

Here's the list of what started me on my recover path. Remember this is what MY health assessment said I needed. Just a recap...my mild Depression was 8 yrs of excessive workplace stress...which depleted my body of stuff and the AD FURTHER depleted those vitamins. Each one of us will have different circumstances but this is what I was on...
(it's funny how I gave up ONE darn Effexor capsule a day for the following....ha ha...)
was on - I forget the brand name...'Christopher's' is in it and there is an older man on the bottle/red lid - it's for the liver - this is what they recommended for me to lessen the withdrawl problems from Effexor. (2 morn., 2 lunch, 2 even) - I stopped taking this when I was no longer taking any Effexor.
was on- Natures Sunshine Mood Elevator - Natural Antidepressant! (2 morn, 2 lunch, 2 evening) THIS ONE ROCKS!!!! I started taking this as I was weaning off the Effexor so I wouldn't hit bottom or anything...but my vitamins were working so well I stopped taking this! Within 36 hours of taking the first dose I felt better! That a bonus to herbs...they start working quickly!
was on- Natural Care's Anxiety Relief - I started taking these during my withdrawl because my anxiety got worse. I don't take them at all now...but they are cool - taste like Smarties candy and you chew 3-4 up and continue to do that every 30 minutes until the anxiousness stops.
was on- Nature's Sunshine HERBAL SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!! MY FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While on Effexor, I hardly got any sleep. It was regular for me to wake up at 2am and go watch tv until it was time to go to work...we all know that lack of sleep makes everything else in life horrible - this was the primary concern of my herb specialist..."we have to get you getting a good night's sleep before any of this will help you!" WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW - the first night I took these, I groggily woke up once in the middle of the night WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE!!!!!! You know when you are soooo comfortable in your bed that you'd like to dive deeper in to your mattress and hibernate for a few more hours of complete bliss? THAT is how great I felt!! I recently stopped taking this because I can sleep through the entire night on my own but will not hesitiate to take a couple if I ever need them again.
was on - Natures Sunshine Probiotic Eleven(stored in refrig.) (1 on empty stomach in morn.) - this one I am taking to build my system back up. I will not be taking this for life.
was on- A supplement for my thyroid (1) - same thing...once I am fully back to normal I will stop this....they told me a full year, which isn't bad.
was on- Natures Sunshine Iron (1 morn., 1 evening) - women always need quality iron...
was on- Natures Sunshine Food Enzymes - (2 morn,1 lunch, 1 bedtime)- just started this...to try to fix my Effexor caused digestive/elimination problems. Won't take it forever.
was on- Natures Sunshine Calcium Magnesium - haven't started taking this...it tastes like blueberries and have to keep it in the fridge...my therapist wanted me to add this in the mix so I have.
on- Life's Fortune (they have a website) multivitamin! (3 small horse pills in morn! ha ha...) I WILL TAKE THESE FOREVER! There is no way for me to get all these things from what I eat so why not make it easier by taking this! My energy level increased a lot with this on the FIRST DAY!
on-papaya enzyme to break down my food since my digestion is still slightly wacked.
on- acidophilus chewables because I struggled with Candida. As long as I am on this, I am fine.
AND LIVER FLUSHES!! WOOHOOOOOO!!! They are saving my life further!
