I have been using the RG cream up my nose for a few years now, ever since RG came out with his cream. It works good for sinus problems which I have and nasel worms. I took a picture of one that came out but have not had time to upload it yet. I think it is safer than the peroxide if you are going to use it everyday. RG told me that I can use it everyday for the rest of my life.

I would have never thought that I had worms in my sinus track that were giving me chronic sinus itis.

RG said a little of the RG Cream goes a long way so I just put a little dab on a Q-tip and dab it up each nasel. It works really good. I love it! Oh, I also use a neti pot with the sinus rinse that comes with it.

RG cream has really changed my life for the better!
