must take supplements

Zero2Sixty by Oxylife, take 2 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning. die off will include fatigue and brain fog and will last 3 days to 10 days

Caprylic Acid, take 1 to 4 caps a day with meal, die off is pretty severe so start slow. die off include, rapid heart beat and increase in blood pressure

zeoforce, take this in a powder form. it is a must for candida sufferers, die off can be constipation but if you take them along with caprylic acid you wont have any problems

Chlorella 3000 mg a day

milk thistle

pantothenicid or B5

Kolorex by swanson, you can find other brands but swanson is the cheapest for what your getting

Vitamin D3 5000 to 10000iu per day
