herbs? fridge or freeze?

hello,
i have ordered huma-in-between herbs and the liver, lung and kidney cleanse. i am wanting to start these in one months time, how should i store these?
in the fridge or freezer? or cupboard?
also i found some huma colon cleanse from a while back it has been stored in my dark cupboard...is this ok to take? or will it have passed its out of date time??

Hulda Clark Cleanses
Wormwood, Clove, Clarkia, Turmeric, Epsom Salt, Uva Ursi, Goldenrod
Store them in a cool, dark, dry place until ready for use. This dry storage will keep them fresh for a few months. For long term storage, place them in the freezer.
The colon cleanser should not be frozen. You can use what you have as it will still work.
