I'm having a strange response to calcium & magnesium.
Suddenly calcium is making me super calm and relaxed, whereas a well absorbable magnesium such as Natural Calm makes me very anxious and stimulated. Isn't this supposed to be the other way around? I've never supplemented calcium before, but I had read that magnesium is the relaxant and calcium is the anti-relaxant.
Perhaps I've developed a calcium deficiency by years of supplementing with magnesium?
I also read that copper detox symptoms are slowed down by calcium, so maybe it could to related to that? http://www.arltma.com/ToxicMetElimDoc.htm
Taking vitamin C doesn't me as anxious as before when I suppelement with calcium.
Then again, I've noticed that supplementing calcium hurts my sex life.
I guess balance is key. How much are you taking each mineral?
