Breakfast is usually cottage cheese/ricotta cheese with fruit, cereal and almond milk or a cup of broccoli. Lunch is one of those microwavable lunches. And sometimes I don't get to eat dinner. If I do, it's a light snack on fruit, or a piece of fish and frozen vegetables. Yes, medications since the cleanses: trazadone, perphenazine, Cymbalta and Diovan for high blood pressure.
Starting the day with carbs and no protein can result in blood sugar imbalances throughout the day. Lunch is processed food combined with radiation. Dinner being a maybe isn't good either. On cetain occassions, it's just more carbs. Extreme fatigue is a symptom of the Diovan medication.
"You say that I have no protein for breakfast, but the cottage and ricotta cheeses I often eat contain protein, broccoli contains protein and so does the cereal I eat." That's all very true and I stand corrected in reference to those foods. When you say a cup of cereal with almond milk, that doesn't designate the amount of sugars in the cereal or the milk. Depending on the cereal and milk, you can weight the breakfast towards a primarily carbohydrate meal and possibly high in sugars. Starting the day with a cup of broccoloi would also be a primarily carbohydrate meal. Cottage cheese and fruit doesn't designate the amount of fruit, but most likely that would be a more balanced meal.
Microwaved processed food for lunch, can have long-term impacts on digestion.
So, I don’t understand why you say that. Sometimes when I have dinner it’s fish and vegetables, but you say that is still more carbs. Isn’t fish a protein?
I never said that fish wasn't a protein. You stated that "sometimes" you don't have dinner, and when you do, it could be a fruit, or fish with vegetables. I stated that your dinner being a maybe isn't good, and on certain occassions, it's just more carbs. I never said anything about the fish.
You say that extreme fatigue is a symptom of the Diovan medication that I’m on… is there a way to lower high blood pressure without medication?
Detoxification, whole food diets, etc., all can impact high blood pressure and eliminate the need for meds. The enzymes associated with fungal candida have been associated with high blood pressure, diabetes, and immune system suppression. It would probably serve you better to detoxify and balance your body more frequently. I suggest a candida cleanse and heavy metal cleanse once a year, and parasite cleanse 2-3 times a year.
Finally, what SHOULD I be eating since I have missed the mark?
