this may sound like a dumb question but, say you were happy and what not but you suddenly got put under a lot of stress for about a month straight.is that enough time for it too have effect on your adrenals possibly causing adrenal fatigue?its probably a tough question to pinpoint an exact time but just wondering.thanks
depends on your body i guess. It's not ONLY how long or how intense your stress is , but ALSO your body capacity to bear it. IF your body already in weak mode, the 1 month stress only trigger to SHOW what has been there all this time.
I would say that is certainly enough time to develop problems especially if you are having sleep issues.Although i still think the shorter the period of stress the easier it is to recover (IE it is harder for someone who has had issues for years to recover than someone who has had issues for weeks or months)
i was just wondering, cause i have had a lot of stressful events throughout my life,as iam sure a lot of people on this forum have as well.i was also wondering if there is a natural way to raise your cortisol levels?i know i should probably see a doctor about this, but my doctor doesn't listen.lol.just trying to self diagnose i guess.
