I just completed my 4th flush on Saturday.
previous to my third my hands/skin were very dry
after the 3rd that felt a lot better
after the 4th very dry and it seems my digestion is worse and my stools are orange/reddish
also low energy and body is getting cold way more easily
so, I am thinking I might have a partially blocked bile duct or my GB is pretty full up.
I plan to keep doing the flushes
but have others seen this, things up and down or worse until the dam breaks?
suggestions?
I am thinking it is time to start playing with Gold Coin Grass or other stone breaking herbs. I am taking a product called Kidney Chi which is supposed to have some stone effects.........

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,741,742Yeah absolutely I would say go on some well chosen supplements - perhaps malic acid and either gold coin grass or chanca piedra, and if you like maybe a good liver detox herb such as Gentian root / Chinese Bitters. This should really help to ease up the stones and things in the liver from the inside out.

You might also like to try something like Clarkia or Paratrex if you suspect parasites, or an intestinal cleanse like Oxypowder may also help.

I've ordered malic acid, chanca piedra, a castor oil pack and soon gentian root (all from cheaper places than SH as I'm too poor lol) to accompany flushes, more exercise and a better diet :)
Hopefully it should pay off!!

This is a reply to # 1,746,754as I am only two flushes ahead of you won't pretend I have all this experience.....
but, that said, my colon therapist is supporting me to continue......so I plan to stay the course.
I will be doing number 5 this friday
do you do colonic or at home enema after the flush?
it feels very important to me to keep stuff moving out as fast as I can
on number 4 not much came out at home in the morning but when I went I got my colonic a lot came out there
Andreas Morritz says in his book it can be more problematic to do several then stop, than to do a bunch of them.......
anyway, good luck to you deciding what to do and keep us posted.......
