The question that comes to mind is: "Would you like to be able to eat fruit, or not?" Or.. "Would you like to be able to eat nuts, or not?"
There are so many of them out there, and different people vouch for different ones. But the more serious and tried ones overlap 85-95%. Basically you'll want to avoid all: sugars, starches, sweeteners, dairy, yeasts, vinegars, condiments, most nuts and seeds, most grains, dried fruit, and sweet juices.
For example, Dr Jeff's let you have fruit but not nuts. There is another popular one that lets you have nuts but not fruit. Personally, I've evolved to where almonds and pumpkin seeds are okay, and fruit in small quantities as well. But I don't really follow a strict diet. Much like Luke Skywalker, I follow the Force. ;)
Also, I'd say, get ready in the near future to look past the diet and to find out what's suppressing your immune system...
