Good question CraigOwens.
Okay, so you always wanna take supplements for AF in the early part of the day, because most people are trying to improve morning cortisol.
I would go ahead and buy a b complex and take one in the morning and one with lunch. See how that goes for a little while. I like to take at least a week to try out a new supplement before I add another one. I think it's really helpful to keep a detailed journal about your symptoms, that way you can tell what is helping and what is hindering. I've learned about introducing one thing at a time the hard way.
I would probably add the vitamin c next. Do some research on this forum as the which C's you wanna use. Natural or synthetic. Make sure that whatever you choose has bioflavonoids. Start with one 500mg in the morning for two days. Then add one to your lunch time for two days. Then one to your breakfast. Keep adding like that until you reach 2000 mg. If you have diarhea or stomach upset at any point, stop the vit c for 48hrs, and then start the c at half the done that bothered you. I would hold that dose.
If you want to add pantothenic acid, I would do that next. Add the same way as the others. Add one every two days, always starting with the morning dose. I take 1500 mg dispersed throughout the day.
If you find that you need energy longer on the day, you can split your dose times into three times per day: morning, noon and 3pm.
Anyhow, if you want to add the pantethine after the b complex, then
