I would think so. You just need something to keep it from constipating you. I've been using the clay and psyllium for three days, and had a really hard time with the bloating, gas, and constipation. Yesterday, I only took the clay and psyllium at bedtime with two tablespoons of coconut oil, and it seemed to work a lot better.
I read that you should start slowly with the clay, working your way up to the 1 tbsp. recommended. I started with 1 tsp., and am still there. I may increase it tonight to 1-1/2 tsp. Some people are sensitive to the aluminum and silica in the clay, so this is why it's recommended you start slowly.
