I'm new to this too, and I'm very HIGH on the flushing. I wanted to do it again as soon as possible! I however have been reading this forum for one month now, and I do know, that your body needs time to heal between. I've had to force myself not to do this at two weeks, but will wait for 2.5 weeks instead (they say 2 weeks minimum, 4 weeks maximum, 3 weeks optimum). You've just performed do-it-yourself psuedo-surgery.

The only time doing another flush less than two weeks after one is when there are obvious symptoms that indicate the flush was incomplete or there is a stone that needs to come out. Generally the best flushes are done two-three weeks apart allowing time for the liver to push down more stones and debris. One time I did back to back flushes after a very successful parasite cleanse caused my liver to quite literally pour out stones. Both flushes were very successful, but I was left very tired.

Would you want to do it again a week later?

Neither does your liver after passing 2 half dollars :)
