Namaste!
Something else that may help, if you're not allergic, that is, is consuming digestive enzymes before meals.
This could be done with supplements (quality is key) OR with food.
If your body is not averse to cultured foods, I would start by introducing some strong enzymatic, probiotic, and cultured foods into your diet. Be careful with dairy though if you have
food sensitivities .
Examples include RAW saurkraut, RAW kimchi, whole milk yogurts, buttermilks, RAW kombucha, RAW kvass, and kefir. Also, in some states you can buy RAW colostrum, if you can get that stuff cultured, you're gold!
Also, soup stock made from bones is not only good for digestion, it helps heal tissue and collagen--plus, the adrenals LOVE it!
Organ meats from organically raised animals are also great for you.
Good luck and good health! : )
