Hi,

I've been stable on fluoxetine 60mg for 6 months but a month ago I added zinc picolinate 22mg and ginkgo extract 120mg daily. Within 2 weeks my mood plummeted to levels pre-Prozac. I've since quit these 2 supplements and around a week later my mood has improved greatly.

Which of these supplements could have caused this? I'm positive it's one of these as I had the exact reaction last year during lexapro. It's as though it's stopping the ssri from working.
