I got a thrombosed hemrroid but not from the liver flush, but from using
Oxypowder . In my case, I think that doing
Liver Flushes every two weeks contributed to the problem. The contant flow of stuff out so quickly likely caused the problem as it is said that frequent watery stools can contribute to hemrroids as much as constipation. My solution: Do a flush every 4 weeks. A long time friend of mine who suffered from Thrombosed Hemrroids, told me that the best thing to do to avoid the hemrroid from turning thrombosed is to immediately apply some good old vaseline in the area as soon as burning is felt.
I don't know if this works as I have not tried it.
O.k., after reviewing the information on many hemrroid forums, I came to the conclusion that Hemrroids can be beat but require a integrative treatment approach to attack the hemrroid internally and externally.
(1) Externally.
If you already have painful hemrroids. Put a ice cube over the area for as long as you can and as often as you can(at least twice a day). To make things easier, you can use a device known as anuice.

After every BM, wipe with a little bit of witch hazel. This is far more effective at treating and preventing swelling/itching/burning, then any cream out there. It is also cheaper to use than tucks.
Don't linger in the toilet and take reading material. Finish your business and get the hell out. Try not to sit for long periods of time. Walk around frequently.
(2) Internally
Drink lots....lots....and lots of water and make sure that you are getting enough fibre in the diet through increased consumption of high fibre foods such as vegetables, fruits, prunes, figs, apricots, ground flaxseed, etc., If you find it difficult to get enough fibre through your diet, you may be forced to resort to over the counter fibre products and stool softening products. This may seem easier in some ways and a quick fix, but you will likely create a long term dependency on these things. Personally, I would not want to do this.
Exercise 30-60 minutes a day. This is known to prevent hemrroids.
Pick up some Rutin and Citrus bioflavonoids tablets from a health food store and begin taking this on a regular basis. Many people have discovered that not only do these two supplements dramtically improve healing of hemrroids but also prevent future formation of hemrroids.
You have to do all the above to get total long term sustained relief. The options are not as attractive if the hemm gets worse and turns ugly. Surgery or a lifetime of pain everytime you have a BM, not to mention the embarassment of having something on your ass.
All The Best.
