you have to trust yourself. getting started is the hard part. after that you learn quickly and have more pointed questions.

my standard answer is to begin with 100mg of iodine, regardless of the form(s) of iodine used. SSKI is the easiest on the body overall. 5 drops is the starting point and you can go up from there in almost total safety. if you have any concerns then you can stop and its all out of serum in 24 hours. i take 13 drops a day which works well for me.

i got great benefit for my breathing by supplementing oxygen using food grade H2O2. that will oxygenate the diaphragm. for me this alone was instant relief.

lung problems can stem from different causes, all of them having to do with diet and lifestyle. some a a fungal(candida) infection in the lungs. some might have parasites. there could be tissue damage from various chemicals breathed in.

SSKI is the best lung medicine i know of but its not a silver bullet. it is essential, however and should be included in any regimen for heart and lung conditions.

also, people with lung problems are almost invariably dehydrated. lungs and diaphragm tend not to work so well when they are dried out.
