Honey is a high glycemic food that converts to sugar quickly..Dont trust it. Might not effect people with mild candida as much. People with severe candida-- i wouldnt go there. Cayenne pepper might irritate the gut too much with people that have candida erosions. Cayenne produces too much heat which might irritate leaky gut. Raw garlic can be irritating to the gut as well. People that can tolerate these spicy anti-fungals usually have mild candida.
Put raw garlic and cayenne on a open sore and see how much more it burns. Gastro specialists will always tell you to avoid strong spicy foods if you have gut inflammation. Some people can handle the strong spices others cant. It just depends on the degree of inflammation in the gut. Just like nuts+seeds. People with divertuculitis can not handle a lot of nuts and seeds because they are abrasive and can "scratch" the intestinal walls producing more mucus. Since I avoided nuts and seeds there is very little mucus coming out of my colonics. Whereas before when i was eating pumpkin seeds a lot more mucus was coming out through the tube of my colonics.
