i've been confused about this too. After reading posts I think it's best to follow the procedure just in case. I would love to bypass the parasite cleanse as well, but I think I will get colonix since it seems easier to take supplements than to use a zapper. I will probably look into zapping later, but for my first it seems too difficult. Also you may not want to go 20 days on your first MC. Your metabolism after you stop may be affected. That was just advice given to me when I wanted to go longer as well. Do what you will.
