I was wondering if anyone has this...
Whenever I have a mild workout, or run, or lift something for a long time I get muscle aches (of the workout kind). But it seems more exaggerated.
I used to work out a lot and so I know what the burn feels like although this burn has these characteristics:
- It is NOT random muscle aches. Muscles that I know I have worked FEEL like I have worked them twice as hard.
- The ache lasts 3-4 days rather then 2-3.
- NO Weakness, just the muscle ache.
It seems something I'm doing effects it (though I'm not sure what) as some days its better.
I'm also quite dehydrated and have what seems to be an Early Stage of Adrenal Fatigue.
