There are many different ways of doing things, so you will get a mixture of answers.
I follow mainly Andreas Moritz who suggests doing liverflush and bowelcleanse first, so in case your liver was not clean the dead parasites start even clogging your liver more. He even feels that if your are clean you don't need a parasite cleanse, the flush gets rid off parasites too.
So you might have to keep reading and then you do what makes sense to you.
