i did my first flush over 24 hours ago, am still passing stones- i would guess over a THOUSAND- if one counts the ones that are very tiny-

pea-sized or larger, there have been probably 200. i cannot believe it. they are overwhelmingly the pale tan variety- though i have passed about 20 bright green stones.

how soon can i flush again, and how often can i safely flush?

i did the coke/olive oil flush because it was the simplest- should i switch to another one next time?
