A couple of things -- soaking the feet or spraying them is much more effective (and it works a lot faster) than using a q-tip, I have found.
For soaking, I activate a 30-drop dose in a clean, dry glass. Then I add that to purified or distilled water that I put into one of those foot-soaking plastic basins. I soaked them for 20 minutes at a time in hot water.
For spraying, I activate a 20-drop dose in a clean, dry 2-ounce spray bottle and add purified or distilled water until the 2-ounce spray bottle is full. Then I spray it on hourly. I would also rinse them off before bedtime, spray more on them, wait until they dried, and wore light organic cotton socks to bed.
Also, if you really want to use mms to clean your bathroom, be sure to have excellent ventilation. As long as the windows are open and there is fresh air circulating, there will be no problem. The ventilation fan in the bathroom should also be ON.
You should never inhale activated mms directly into the lungs.
