I find that I'm not hungry on day 2 until late in the day. I'm still a coffee-holic and I only want a very lil bit of it. I drink juices all day and all the water I can get into me. I break the fast with fresh fruit, then something like a rice/macro meal that I get from the health food store. Last weekend, I was HUNGRY that early evening. I made a BIG mistake of eating my favorite Mexican meal from my favorite place. It made me sick!!!! What was it? A healthily cooked chicken fajita. Won't be doing that again!
