Just did my 9th Liver-Flush
this past weekend. Pretty uneventful. They do seem to get easier the more I do. I had no nausea and slept better than I normally do. The only thing that concerned me at first was that I had absolutely no BM from the ES the evening of the flush. I was afraid this was an indication the flush would not be successful. However, in the morning I had a regular BM and then started having the butt pee. I passed about 50 or so medium sized soft stones. They were darker than usual. I usually pass the light green stones. These were more dark emerald color. I hope that is significant and means I'm getting deeper or something. I am getting very impatient to get to some older, harder stones. I also had very little irritation and burning from the butt pee. That's been getting progressively better each time as well. I assume that I have less toxic bile build up to cause that. So even though I haven't passed a huge amount of stones like some report and I've not gotten any older hard stones out yet, I still feel like I am doing the right thing for my body and that it is responding. I've not had any real earth shattering improvement in my major issues. However, there are things that have improved enough to let me know that I'm doing some good. I'm just trying to be patient which is not easy for me.
So take heart, if you are frustrated and feel like you're not getting anywhere. Don't give up. Persevere.
