Does anyone know if a Zinc tally is a good way to test Zinc levels? I got received one, used 2 tablespoon for about 30 seconds and felt/tasted nothing. Nothing at all.
This would signal that I am low in Zinc, though I'm also low in Cortisol and zinc REALLY pushes that down. It I take it right before bed I am kinda zombie-ish the next day. Maybe I should take it around 6:30pm when my Cortisol is too high??
As far as my 4-Point Saliva shows, I am. I also have a hard time getting to sleep until I take something that lowers Cortisol, but for whatever reason, some thing lower it a little and other like Zinc seem to lower it more.
