When I was first doing LFs that was a common pattern for me, to feel better for a while then become worse with a return of gas/bloating. You may need to do parasite
cleanses, dissolving or softening stones, increasing bile production (I use fiber with meals), liver detoxes between flushes. Eventually, after many LFs I started to do better for longer periods. After I found out I am sensitive to gluten and went on a gluten free diet I make fewer stones and sludge and only do LFs when I feel congested.
