That is a sound protocol- but I believe from what i've read (once again I dont have the scientific information) that the 6oz. dose of oil has a more pronounced effect on bile salts levels than, say, 6oz spread over 3 weeks. It is sufficient to "knock" your system out for some time, and the general recommended wait is 3 weeks (2 if you include the week preparation betweeen flushes) to 1 month (to be safe). Many people report getting pale, light yellow to white stools after flushing too frequently.
I believe this is due to the intense demand to produce so much bile at once, where normally bile has the opportunity to recirculate through the gastrointesinal system and can easily digest 6oz+ of oil over a few days. But one solid dose is different.
