I have just completed a 2nd flush in 6 months and got more of the nasty stones than the previous flush I have done ( Hulda Clark
s ES flush both times). I have improved the recovery by fasting more.. only fruit for 24 hours before the flush and only fruit in the 12 hrs after.. felt a lot less toxic aftereffects.
Even with this improvement, the flush is still a quite unpleasant process! I am not looking forward to doing it often.
Is there a way to prevent gallstone formation, some supplements maybe, or dietary changes? Prevention is better than treatment usually.. it would be good to hear from somebody who has done this successfully
