Its been around 6 days since I stopped taking the meds.
On the 2 day of stopping the meds I was feeling strange (like some nutrition is missing) but very energetic. I did chores around the house like crazy and it was nice... Unfortunately I felt like crap after this nice day :o( and had some days a bit better then others.
So far I can't say that this worked but here are a couple of things I noticed.
Smelly farts seems to be mostly gone.
I hardly feel any gastritis.
I can sleep more hours at a time.
Sinus clear up more often
Worse sore throat (which is getting better)
Minor body temperature alteration on day 3 & I felt beginning of fever (I'm OK now)
A blister on my lip
Plenty of farts
More drowsy then before taking the meds (sucks)
Worse digestion and real soft and fuzzy (like clouds) stools which is MUCH worse then before taking the meds!
I need to figure out how to improve digestion. Maybe I have opportunistic bacteria or my system is pissed or hurt by the meds.
What are the best probiotics these days? I'm trying to eat soft foods to see if digestion improves.. It seems to help a little bit as far as energy level..
I still have hope that this worked. Maybe there is a chance that if I recover the flora and get rid of possible opportunistic bacteria I will be in good shape.
I like to see if I can reduce the yeast...
